These Terms of Service govern use of West Ridge Financial’s website and planning tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Mortgage applications, services, and third-party portals may have separate agreements and disclosures.
Mortgage information and applications
Website information is general information, not a commitment to lend, a rate lock, an approval, or a personalized loan offer. Availability and eligibility depend on licensing, the property, the lender, and applicable underwriting requirements. A contact request is not a completed mortgage application.
Use the linked application portal for application steps and review its terms and disclosures. A separate application, review, and lender approval are required before any loan can be offered or funded.
Calculators and PDF estimates
The payment calculator illustrates a fully amortizing, fixed-rate loan with monthly payments. It calculates principal and interest plus the entered annual property tax divided into monthly amounts. Monthly components are rounded to cents and added for the displayed total.
The estimate excludes homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA dues, closing costs, and lender fees. An entered interest rate is illustrative, not APR or a current rate offer. PDF downloads use the same scenario and calculation as the screen. They are not official Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures, and actual payments and costs may differ.
Contact requests and privacy
Provide accurate information and only submit another person’s details with permission. A request allows the team to respond about your inquiry; it does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing. Response times depend on availability. Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling.
Responsible use
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Do not upload malicious content or sensitive information through channels not intended for it.
